Plan before we build
We define scope, selections, and sequencing before construction starts. Good planning is what keeps a remodel calm, and it's where most surprises are prevented.
About Us
A Walnut Creek Remodeling Contractor Focused on the Experience
Bay Design + Remodel is a licensed residential remodeling contractor based in Walnut Creek, helping homeowners across central Contra Costa County remodel with confidence.
Who We Are
Remodeling Built Around the People Who Live There
We're a residential remodeling contractor specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels of existing homes, along with pre-sale remodels. Our work spans single rooms to complete interior transformations.
What sets a remodel apart isn't only the finished room. It's how the project feels while it's happening: whether you understand the plan, whether your questions get answered, and whether your home is treated with care. That's the experience we work to deliver on every job.
Our Approach
How We Approach Every Remodel
Communicate clearly
You'll know what's happening this week, what's coming next, and what decisions we need from you. When something changes, we explain why and document it in writing.
Build to last
Proper waterproofing, solid substrates, and careful finish work. We pay attention to the parts of a remodel you'll never see, because that's what you'll feel in ten years.
