Privacy Policy

Information you give us

When you submit our consultation form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, project address or ZIP code, project type, estimated budget, desired timeline, project description, any photos you choose to upload, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.

If you call or email us directly, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and prepare a proposal.
• To communicate with you about your project.
• To send occasional remodeling updates by email, only if you checked the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

How form submissions are processed

Form submissions are processed by a script on our web host (Hostinger) and delivered by email to our business inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). Uploaded photos are attached to that email and are not published on this website. Our hosting provider and email provider process this information on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set cookies or use third-party analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images are served from our own website. Like most websites, our web host automatically records basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance purposes.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain business records for your project, and we delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've provided, or to stop sending marketing emails, by emailing baydesignremodel@gmail.com or calling (925) 291-9800.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults planning home improvement projects and is not directed to children under 13.
